If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, With You In Mind, inc. will accept a return and issue a refund within 15 days of delivery. Returns will be accepted for products in unopened original condition only. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will verify its condition and issue a refund.
Please follow these instructions:
1. Contact us at email@example.com or at 847.989.4946 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address. (No returns will be accepted without RMA.)
2. Include packing slip with return. (Please write RMA number on packing slip.)
3. Clearly write RMA number on the exterior of the return shipping box and mail to the address provided.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you insure the returned product for its full value, in case of loss or damage. With You In Mind, inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return products.
If a product is received in damaged condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org or 847.989.4946. It is important that you keep the original shipping box and all packaging. We will provide you with return information per our carrier's instructions and replace the damaged goods.
