Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, With You In Mind, Inc will accept the return and issue a refund within 30 days of delivery.

All original packaging must be included with the return to be eligible for a refund. Items not meeting this policy will not be returned to the buyer.

For wearable items, the product may be tried on but not worn.

Due to the hygienic nature of the “In the Basket” and “In the Bag” products the cellophane and zip tie must not be opened or removed to be eligible for return.

With You In Mind, Inc does not offer free returns.

With You In Mind, Inc reserves the right to to deduct a 20% restocking fee on items that are returned to us because of incorrect shipping addresses or past the returns period.

Return Process

Please follow these instructions:

1. Contact With You In Mind, Inc to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address. (No returns will be accepted without RMA.)
2. Include packing slip with return. (Please write RMA number on packing slip.)
3. Clearly write RMA number on the exterior of the return shipping box or envelope/package and mail to the address provided.


All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you insure the returned product for its full value, in case of loss or damage. With You In Mind, Inc is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return products.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive either a damaged or incorrect product, please Contact With You In Mind, Inc within 3 days of delivery and let us know if you want the item replaced or would prefer a refund.

To file shipping damage claims, the original shipping container, box or envelope must be retained with the damaged item. If you are claiming the product was damaged in shipping, it is your responsibility to retain these items until the claim has been processed. The shipping company may request them as proof of damage.

We will provide you with return information per our carrier’s instructions and replace or refund the damaged goods.

With You In Mind, Inc will pay for the return shipping on items that are defective, damaged or received incorrectly.
