Upon receipt of your order, we process and pull the merchandise. We ship within 1-2 business days.

 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can Contact WithYouInMind,Inc to change or cancel your order anytime prior to notification of shipment. Once you receive a confirmation email that the item is shipped, there is no longer an option to change or cancel your order.

 

Where do you ship?
WithYouInMind,Inc ships to the Continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship to FPO, APO and PO boxes.

 

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges are based on the expediency of the shipping service that you choose.
Standard, Expedited, 2nd Day and Overnight.

 

How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery – 3-10 business days.
Expedited delivery – 2-3 business days.
2nd Day – 2 business days
Overnight – next business days

 

Where do I find my “Tracking Information”?
Your “Tracking Information” is emailed to you after your order has been shipped. Also, if you log in to your account, you will see you tracking information is in your order details.
